3. Dealers
responsibilities.
Distribution
and technical support (installation, adjustment, delivery, exchange
on a guarantee, telephone consultations), and also regular purchasing
of devices. Dealer can change his price politics.
At any moment
in the mutual consent the agreement can be terminated. In this case
we will continue warranty service of all devices sold by the dealer
until the warranty will be over. Our company also has the right to stop
the dealer relationships for rough infringement by the dealer of the
duties or in reply to actions undermining authority of our firm.
The presence
of the legal person is desirable, but it is not necessary. From our
side we are ready to give a package of the documents confirming dealer
power or to make the appropriate contract.
4. Guarantee
for all products is 2 years.
